Our company was founded based on the experience of our CEO, Keiichi Ozawa, in an engineering firm.
The name “ArchiScience” combines two words: “Architecture” and “Science.”
We do not see architecture as only a creative activity. We believe that truly valuable buildings are created through design and engineering based on scientific evidence, such as physics, environmental engineering, material science, and ergonomics.
We chose the word “Science” to show our approach. We do not rely only on intuition or experience. Instead, we use data, testing, and logic to find the best solutions. For example, we use engineering methods in all decisions, including solar and airflow analysis, structural safety evaluation, and environmental performance simulation.
At the same time, “Archi” represents our focus on people and society. We aim to create architecture that supports how people live. By combining scientific logic with creativity and cultural value, we create buildings that are beautiful, functional, and long-lasting.
We use science to understand architecture, to solve problems, and to shape the future. This is why we chose the name “ArchiScience.”

We deliver designs based on proven experience across multiple fields. Our approach is rooted in engineering, with a strong focus on functionality.
While leading the design, we also oversee the entire project from a broad perspective. We manage schedule and cost using clear and objective indicators.For complex or large-scale projects, we handle issues at every stage and adjust direction when needed to ensure successful completion.
ArchiScience is an independently owned company. We do not have conflicts of interest and always act in a fair and neutral position. We also work with a judicial scrivener's office to ensure full legal compliance.
In addition to Japanese-style PM and CM services, we follow global project management standards. This allows us to collaborate, contract, and manage projects with partners anywhere in the world. Over 50% of our projects in Japan are with foreign-affiliated companies.
We create design documents with future facility management in mind. Using digital twin models, we connect physical project outcomes with their digital counterparts.
