Our Core Philosophy as an Architectural Design Office

As professionals engaged in architectural design and construction supervision, our company operates with independent capital and adheres to the fundamental principles of fairness, integrity, and impartiality in our dealings with all clients and stakeholders.

Fairness means making appropriate technical and professional judgments in accordance with the Architect Law, the Building Standards Act, other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the terms of contracts and operational procedures.
Transparency means eliminating arbitrary judgments and opaque actions in design and construction supervision, without favoring any specific contractor.
Impartiality means treating contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and others with equal opportunity and from a neutral standpoint.

We believe that by adhering to this stance, our staff can earn the trust of building owners and realize high-quality, safe, and transparent construction projects.
