Our projects are not limited to Japan. We also work on many international projects.  (All overseas work is handled through business trips, not relocation.)

We provide design and consulting for data centers, pharmaceutical and automotive facilities, research institutes (such as electrical and electronics), industrial facilities, office buildings, and employee welfare facilities.

Through these projects, we aim to drive positive change in society.

Your main responsibilities will include architectural design and project management. Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in design consulting.

We work on a wide range of projects, including research facilities, industrial facilities, office buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, and data centers. We also handle projects for foreign-affiliated clients and overseas projects, where English skills can be an advantage.

As a small company, each team member has a high level of autonomy and can contribute their own ideas to projects.

This is a responsible role that can have a real impact on our clients’ future, and it is both challenging and highly rewarding.

Qualifications

Education: Technical college (KOSEN), vocational school, university, or graduate school
Licenses/Certifications: Driver’s license (negotiable if you do not have one); First-Class Architect / Second-Class Architect preferred
Desired candidate profile: Bright, passionate, and strong communication skills; practical experience is valued, with or without qualifications

Required Skills

• 3+ years of practical experience
• Experience with steel (S) / reinforced concrete (RC), or strong motivation even without experience
• AutoCAD skills (Jw_cad / Vectorworks acceptable)
• PC skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Driver’s license
• Our CAD environment (as of 2022): Primary: AutoCAD (Jw_cad / Vectorworks acceptable)

Preferred Skills

• Licensed Architect (1st or 2nd grade)/ English skills / Rhinoceros / BIM
